Coalescent Labs is a company founded by professionals with experience in the FSI (Financial Service Industry) sector. We are dedicated to supporting the digital transformation of the financial sector through the development of efficient, reliable and high-performance off-the-shelf software products based on state-of-the-art public domain technology. We create high-performance, low-latency distributed systems in java, go, rust, C++ languages, leveraging concurrent algorithms, advanced data structures, and high-performance communication channels. We create UI in C# for complex operations or single-page web apps with API backend based on OpenApi. We use open source solutions, git, code review, CI, containerization and deployment on Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal, maintaining an openness towards cloud-oriented solutions. We are looking for experienced individuals or recent graduates who are motivated to join our agile team to gain experience, contribute to the team and drive business growth.
